Last wensday I workced at a food bank in Reding. Befor the food bank my mom,Maggi, dad, and I went to Turtle Bay,that is a place that is a lot of fun. Now to the food bank, we helped the pastor bake "pizza's" out of bread, sauce, and cheese.
This food bank helps kids that need some help like one very cute little boy named deven. And a pollite little girl in a yellow dress. The place was a magical time kids love the place, perrsonaly so did I.
The kids were very jummpy and FUN kids.I thinks some might become missonarys too. We taught the kids a memory verse that we learned a missonery kid traning Salmes 139: 8 through 10.And they did it by themselaves.
So that was an awsome day

Spring Break
Spring Break
The first thing we did on Spring Break was go to a church in Napa. The church we went to was very kind. In the kids class we were in, performed a reinactment of Palm Sunday. Some one was Jesus and the they rode on in a donkey. We took cloakes and laid them down for them to walk on. In the middle of the 1st and 2nd service, somebody treated us to turnovers from the church cafe. They were wonderful. After service the Pastor took us out to lunch at the BuckHorn Grill. It was delish. Then we went widow shopping.
Later that week went to daffodil hill and we saw alot of daffodils. They were so pretty. We got a bunch of pictures to. We also saw peacocks, how silly is that? After that we went to Sutter's creek and ate a huge lunch outside. It was pretty much. . . well. . . awesome! We got to take our nanny with us.
Then we went to froggy town otherwise know as well, Angel's Camp. Every year they hold a frog jumping contest. You can enter your own frog or adopt a frog. I am trying to talk mom and dad into letting me try to enter the Frog jubilee.
We spent 2 nites near Yosemite. We watched movies and played dominoes while daddy drove around and met pastors and went to churches. We woke up in the morning to a loud, abrupt Cocka Doodle Doooo! The owners of teh houser later told us that there was a chicken coop in the back. Emma and I came to love that place. We enjoyed collecting the eggs.
After we left the house we did go to Yosemite, where we saw alot of wonder waterfalls, deer and mountains. We took lots of picutes.
The next day we went Easter dressing shopping, and had a lot of fun.
Then on Saturday and we drove up to Tahoe and went snow tubing. When dad and I conected tubes snow always flew up in the air. Once when I was in a normal sled with mom and emma on tubes, I lost my sled and was going down on my bum. We had tons of fun.
Then on Easter we opened our eyes and went searching for our baskets! They were outside. They were full of little goodies.
We all looked really pretty this Easter. Emma made dad get a matching tie.
That morning we went to church, then had lunch. After that we went to a church in Modesto. We meet some nice people there too. I really liked the great worship, We watched some of our new movies on the way home.
I had a great spring break.

Where have we Been?
That is a great question!
We have been a little bit of everywhere since our last post!
We still take pictures at all of our churches (well almost most, we missed 3 in the last year)!
So what we want to try to do is at least share our pictures with you, and some stories from the last few months. We had been writing them down in our journals, but when mom was in SC with Grandma, and Dad with us in California, we were all out of sorts!
So stay with us, and please catch back up with us!
We are having a fantastic time itinerating and meeting people from all over the United States.
Mom and Dad say we will hopefully be leaving this summer for Costa Rica, and that is when things will really get crazy!
We love you guys, and happy 2012!

From Charleston to Camden Review
Sorry I have not written to you in long time! I have been relly bessy. So let's go back a few week's shall we?
A few week's ago I went to charlston assembly of god.
They were
very
genorise! The church had purple carpit!
The church was another missonary familys home church, The Krakes. The are going to Palau! They have two Children, named Joshua and Abigail. They are all from South Carolina.
After church they had a fourth of July cookout. They had a very cool hamburger cake! :):)
Then we had a short drive to Camden.
We were at Camden Assembly of God.
Before the service, while the choir was practicing, Maggi and I got to dance. We danced in the iales. After service we tried to go to the Mexican restaunt for dinner, but they were closed, so we went to zaxbys instead.
We made some new friends, they Love Missionaries! They promised to pray for us, and maybe visit us one day when we are in Costa Rica.
On the way home we saw fireworks on the way home.
I was so happy to be home that night. It was a long road trip.

friends, life 360 and surprises
Lets go back a few weeks, to our service in York, SC, Cornerstone Family Worship Center. On a way to that service, we picked up our friends, Emily and Hannah. Hannah is my friend, and Emily is Maggi's friend, they are sisters. They had going away gifts for us. Hannah gave me a cupcake necklace. They helped us pass out prayer cards for that service. I had fun taking friends along.
Last week, I went to a church here in Springfield, called Life 360.
Maggi wasn't with me because she was MK camp MuKappa. It was a missionary service to welcome the new missionaries. When we first got there I got to eat a doughnut.
Then I sat with my friend Melia. We went to children's church and I learned about three different countries, Mexico, Cambodia, and Ethiopia.
When we entered the sanctuary I was holding the Costa Rica flag for the mission's parade. Once we got to the front, there was music, lights, and LOTS OF CONFETTI! I felt very welcomed.
On stage, they had gifts for the missionaries. My family received a flip video, and I got a camera.
Both Churches were blessings.
Love you and see you again soon,
Emma

MuKappa Drama
Hi! People of earth!
Sorry I havent been to you latley. I have been at muKappa.
MuKappa is the country of Mks. It is a secure secret place, deep insid the woods of Missouri. To get there we were blindfolded while we rode on the bus. Once there we walked through a little river with our "bags". That was the border of MuKappa. We had to pack all of belongings in trash bags.
At the border, we went through security, that is where they check through your bags.
They didn't check mine because I had a diplomatic passport. Some people brought in countraband, such as candy, snacks, flashlight, tooth paste, toothbrush, etc. If they caught you it was chopped up with machete!
We had to make our camp. We slept in hamocks under a tarp! It rained one night but I did not get wet. We had a lot of fun. I saw 2 snakes! We ate food cooked over a fire. We used the restroom in something called a litrine. Its a hole behined a tarp!
We were in groups otherwise known as tribes, my cheif's name was Cheif Big Blue.
We bathed in the river. It was a little chilly.
There was a family night, when our families got to come.
They had to go through security too. Dad smuggled in 2 bags of jolly ranchers, and sour patch kids, mom brought candy jewlery she called her special jewlrey from the Congo, and Emma smuggled in 2 packets of lemonade, in the cuffs of pants.
After they left, we had smores by the fire. The next day we were suprised with a trip to water park. It was a nice break, becasue we got to use a real toilet!
The first thing I did when I got home was lunch with the family, and then a long bubble bath. My sister made a great welcome home banner, she missed me alot!
I had a great time at MuKappa.
